total disappointment - couldn't hardly wait to finish. Bridges dude continues to be one of the most overrated actors...sigh I was shocked to see Coen brothers directed it - since I haven't seen their movie I didn't like.

I was never a John Wayne fan so I found this a terrific re-telling. Heard talk that it was word for word dialog and action. If so, this version came out better. Of course, the teen girl was such a twat I would have shot her. Good thing I wasn't living then.
